Convenient location and decent service! Great view from the cafe area which has free drinks and which you can use for some time even after check-out. Wish the elevator situation got a little bit better, as there is only a single elevator that goes up to the place and it is also shared with the other tenant of the building -- a restaurant (it sometimes gets smelly in the elevator cabin as a result).

Great location. Lots of food options on the street. 2 minute walk from train station. 15 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. Capsules were clean, comfortable and modern. Showers and toilets were all clean. Lockers were adequate size for storage. Great view from the lounge. Free drinks, pajamas, toiletries as well was a nice touch. Great place to stay.

Everyone was very kind, very helpful and incredibly patient. Only issue was a small ceiling leaks I slipped on a few times in the men's change room. It was hard to see small wet spots on the dark floor and the washing machine's dryer feature seemed pretty weak but I did have a larger load in there.
