"Excellent Hotel, has everything needed for stay whilst enjoying Disneyland Tokyo. Great restaurants and buffet breakfast. Luggage storage for early arrival. 12 noon checkout is great . Close to Bayside Disneyland train station making easy to access park. Has guest laundry , gym and swimming pools . Would definitely recommend and stay again"

"This hotel isn't bad, but we stayed at the First Resort last year and it was so much better. The room was decently sized, but the beds were extremely firm. I did get used to it after the first night (which is good as we stayed there for a week) but it was never entirely comfortable. The biggest downside, and the reason I will not stay there again, is that they do not have a coin laundry. When I asked about it, they told me I could go next door and use the coin laundry at First Resort, which I did, but that's a real pain to have to go back and forth with a bag of laundry, especially since First Resort does not have combo machines, so you have to go once for the wash and then come back again to dry or take the damp laundry back to air dry in your room."

"Ended up getting 3 beds instead of 2 so our daughter had her own bed. Beautiful hotel, delicious buffet breakfast everyday and easy access to the Disney Monorail - highly recommend "

"This hotel was perfectly placed for visiting Disney, a 3 minute walk down to the bayside station or you can jump on the bus to save those steps. The hotel was very grand but the room felt a little dated, however they were very large rooms and clean with lots of extra amenities . We especially loved the very large bath which took 1 minute to fill! "

"One room was clean, the other was worn and dated and not as clean. Although it was hot out the pool was not open. No option for Disney plus. We did not think it worth the money "

"Staff were always welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. On site convenience store, shuttle bus to Disney. Rooms were clean and had a nice Disney theme."
