"Great hotel for American travelers visiting DisneySea/DisneyLand. Easy shuttle to and from Disney and Tokyo Central Station. Very family friendly. Hotel staff were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!"

"**Great location for Disney, but room storage is very tight** **Pros:** * Fantastic location for Disney lovers—just two train stops away on the Keio line, and the station is only steps from the hotel. It's also an easy 20-minute train ride into central Tokyo. * The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious, filling, and offered a great mix of Western and Japanese options. * Super convenient with a Lawson and another convenience store right outside. * The staff went above and beyond, especially when helping us book a taxi. > **Cons:** > * Storage space in the room is practically non-existent. There were no dresser drawers or closet space, and the bed frames don't allow you to slide luggage underneath, making the quarters feel very cramped. > * The onsen was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the guest laundry clothes dryers are not very powerful. > * There are very few sit-down dining options in the immediate neighborhood."

"We enjoyed the hotel and resort. We came to watch a baseball game and the location was very convenient. We stored our luggage before check-in and after check out providing us time to explore the area. We were surprised that the shops were only open from the afternoon. Tattoos are not allowed in the public bath, unless you have a smaller one and cover it with a seal, available at the front. The staff were kind and helpful with ok knowledge of the area. They were unaware of the Monday closure of the nearby garden they recommended we visit. It is too bad there is no where we could enjoy the sunset on the bay without going to a restaurant. We found the Asian Sagar restaurant overpriced and not very good, don’t go! We enjoyed breakfast included and lunch at momo restaurant. we will definitely visit again, thank you."

"Very large, comfortable, modern and clean rooms and I'd definitely stay here again. Everything you need. The beds were so comfortable as was the bedding. We slept extremely well. Free water and light refreshments were available in the foyer. Front desk staff, though limited English made it somewhat difficult, were helpful and tried their best. The bus to the Disney resort was helpful, but the walk from the bus stop to the actual entrance was a bit further than if you stayed at one of the Disney or Disney good neighbour hotels (as we also did). They were allowed a different entry and the hourney and walk were shorter due to this."

"Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant has an exceptional view and high ceilings. Very comforting to eat there. They make omelettes and sunny side ups per request-included in the breakfast. I tried salmon and grilled mackerel the last two days and they were nicely cooked and very tasty. There are vending machines for drinks, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The room was kept very clean. Had all the amenities a person would need. Staff was very helpful. Central location: very close to the train and bus stations, and the malls. There is a park just next to the hotel with lovely trees. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again."
