"飯店員工都很親切有禮貌, 英文溝通流利, 會努力解決客人提出的問題. 大廳提供可沖泡的飲品跟好吃的餅乾. 飯店有電梯方便行李進出房間, 我住過不同房型, 有的房型很新沒看到甚麼破損的地方, 有的房型就有一點受損的地方(但不影響功能性). 飯店位置上靠近森下站, 森下站位於兩條地鐵線的交叉, 位置上十分方便, 我們去一些景點搭乘地鐵很方便, 森下站出口A3跟A6都有電梯. 房間內有冰箱, 微波爐, 洗烘衣機(飯店會給洗衣劑, 洗烘衣需要4hr), 整體很推薦!"

"Hotel was in an excellent location if you're looking for something quieter and more local feeling. Incredibly close to the subway station (right next door there is an entrace). The included breakfast is delicious and a great way to get some vegetables in to start your day. The room itself is very small, we stored our suitcases under the bed to make enough space. As long as all you plan to do in the room is sleep, it is fine. Hotel is Incredibly clean and they've thought of many small things that...

"Clean, amenities were well-stacked and the staff was superb. Monzennakacho is just outside the tourist areas but very convenient to Ginza, Nihonbashi, Asakusa, Tsukiji, etc. This was perhaps our fifth stay over the last two years and we intend to return again soon."
