"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the hotel with it being so close to Disneyland and being able to ride the shuttle bus but this time the stay was not the same. We haven’t been back for 5 years but in that time you could tell it wasn’t the same. My family got put in the back building which looked like the lost forgotten building. "Hotel is clean and front desk staff is friendly. The room is decent sized. Limited channel options on the tv. The bar closes early, last call at 10:30 and closes at 11, even on the weekends. They have a complimentary guest shuttle to Disneyland. The gentleman who drives is Efrain, he is very nice and has helpful information. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was very clean plus smelled nice. Even with others in the rooms next to us, was still pretty quiet. "

"Room was clean, staff was nice, WiFi was really slow and the restrooms had poor water pressure. The best part was the price and how close it was to the park. It’s a 10 min walk and uber is ONLY $6 definitely will be staying here again "

"The breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the coffee could have been stronger, and the juices could have been more flavorful. I understand that they have a large customer base, so it’s understandable that the quality of the food and drinks might not be at its peak. Overall, the location is great. It’s close to Disneyland, about a 10-minute walk away, and about a 5-minute walk to the shuttle if you prefer to take that route. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"Location was great but it was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was some sort unit that was somewhere below our rooms that came off and on all night. This was not good with young kids. I also made the mistake of not pulling all covers back and checking the sheets and bedding until we were leaving when I was looking for anything we may have left and found a disgusting hairball and what looked like dried blood as seen in the photos at the bottom of one of the beds so I would be very cautious. My 5 year old granddaughter was sleeping on that side so luckily her feet didn’t reach to the bottom."

"The food wait time was very long however it was really good. The staff were nice and the place was clean and nice but the parking was confusing, we had to get our own bags, the pool area had a lot of little flies or bugs idk what it was and the check in time is so late that it cut into pool time. "
