Right off the bat, our check in person Iliana checked us in: she was so helpful & friendly! The parking lot safe & clean, no liter. The lobby well decorated, clean & up to date! The halls leading to the room smelled clean & fresh. The room was clean, up to date, well decorated & so spacious! The bed was perfect not too firm and not too soft. The bathroom clean, spacious, & stocked with everything you need for a shower. The shower pressure was good, but could have been a stronger flow.

This was a great Hampton & Suites. Not all Hampton Suites are the same. The area around the hotel is safe. Plenty of parking x albeit you have to pay. The lobby was clean, fresh, up to date & well decorated. The room & bathroom was large, spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable. The shower was large and the water pressure was just right.

Heat didn’t work in my room. Staff couldn’t get it going and they moved me to another room (no mechanic was on premises). Second room didn’t work either — only pumped out cold air. Dead bug on windowsill and room was a little musty. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but the whole place seems understaffed.
