The hotel is perfect if you’re wanting to stay somewhere close to the parks, it’s a 5 min walk. However the parking system they have as well as how they charge you is incredibly chaotic. They don’t have enough parking spots for all their guests so they are constantly moving your car around, We were woken up in the middle of the night because they lost our keys and thought we had them… only for them to find them behind the desk they were supposed to be locked in?! In addition to that heart attack 3 hours prior to our arrival they called saying they were canceling our reservation because they hadn’t heard from us and needed my card, even though I had called 3 days before attempting to pay and put my card on file. I had to rebook everything, while we drove there! The air/heater didn’t work, we never got fresh towels, the windows have no black out curtains and the parking lights flooded our room. Just save yourself the headaches and stay at either of the hotels next door.
