"5th time staying here. Great hotel. Kids love the pool and swim up bar especially. Breakfast is fantastic. The other meals aren’t at the same high standard but there’s plenty of choice elsewhere nearby. Rooms are basic but clean and the hotel staff are fantastic. If you go at Xmas the hotel even has its own elves to deliver presents for kids on Xmas day ;)"

"Great apartment with excellent views across the creek and beyond. Well equipped and furnished throughout and very comfortable. Close to the centre of town with just a 5 minute walk to the marina, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and lagoon."

"Great staff--they do everything they can to insure a great stay. Loaned us umbrellas, beach stuff, a shopping cart--plus lots of ideas on what to do. It is far enough away from the waterfront to be quieter, but just down the street from a major mall and an easy walk to the waterfront or there is a busline a block away.It is NOT the "Ritz"--but had a great pool that was empty most of the time and felt much more personal than a chain hotel."

Housekeeping did an excellent job. You indicate when you would like your room cleaned.
