"Absolutely loved our stay, super clean super cozy, there was a cold front and they provided us with an additional heater before arriving. The weather got really bad, sleet and snow and they were extremely accommodating and helpful, most of the town had little to no power and we never lost power thankfully. "The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!"
