"The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They printed us a page of nearby restaurants that they would even shuttle us to! The airport shuttle was on time, very convenient and fast getting to the airport within 5 minutes. Our room was nice with good amenities. The only problem was, there were tiny ants in our room. I had put my suitcase on the carpeted floor and the next morning when I put it on my bed, I saw many tiny ants crawling on the white bedspread and one inside my suitcase. I washed the entire contents of my suitcase when I got home. I did inform the front desk so hopefully they will properly take care of this issue quickly! "

"Floors were super dirty, they dont know there is something called "mop". Big pillow smelled like sweat. Rooms not sound insulated, you can hear airplanes taking off at all times, you hear everything happening next room. Fridge wasn't working, I asked front desk to please fix and nope, there was no maintenance onsite... skip this MOTEL not Hotel"

"This place is NOT clean. It seems very old and not cared for. We didn't want to touch anything in the room. The doors rattled and several times someone tried to open our door. We only stayed because we were desperate. It was scary! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Staff was great, lobby is beautiful. Room had constant condensation on windows, which looked like it was beginning a problem. The bathroom sink leaked as well. Everything else was great."
