"The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean u get new towels everyday, the location is in a professional area so it’s quiet. The rooms are cozy but you don’t come to Japan to stay in your room the whole time the bed fit both of us perfectly fine. There’s restaurants , bars , clubs and a claw game store near by but at night be aware there are touts near by preying on tourists "

"A wonderful stay in the New Otani. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed in the room. The hotel is so large and the fact that there a shops and restaurants within the complex made it helpful."

"I stayed here for over a week in February 2026 and found it excellent in all respects. I think it is in a convenient location (not far from several subway stations and I walked to Ginza and Roppongi easily). The pool complex is simply fantastic. Probably the best hotel pool I've used, and I used it every day. My room was on a high floor, very well appointed and had excellent views to the east and south east. House keeping was great and very responsive and the tpiletries were excellent. It had everything I needed and I will stay here again (later this year). I was very impressed."

"The staff are perfect. It makes the experience that much more. The area surrounding the hotel has hundreds of food and drink options with convenience stores less than 20 seconds away. Both train stations are less then 5 min walk."

"The location is convenient as the train station is really near. There is a nearby airport limousine bus as well for the tourists. Lots of food around the area. Their complimentary bread and coffee/ tea in the morning is lovely too, as well their free bottled water. Staff communicates very well and really accomodating. But when it comes to the hotel room itself, the room feels so outdated, old and dusty. The carpet is really dark and are not vacuumed or cleaned enough. The ceiling of the bathroom has molds and so is their windowsill. The bathroom sink has heavy duty duct tape and the cupboards has some tape as well. The airway panel of the room is dusty as well. Their rooms are not well lit and some days the sewage smells as well. The entirety of the hotel needs an upgrade. "

"Easy check in and out. Room was clean with everything you need for a short stay. Bath was excellent and much appreciated. Did not try the breakfast as there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back."
