"This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. "Overall a lovely stay. Food at breakfast wasn’t the best but suitable. Staff were excellent and service top rate. Hotel looked a bit tired in a few areas (carpets frayed in our bedroom). It’s probably a Japan thing, but nowhere to put the shower head so you can stand u set it. You had to hold it in your hand. "

"Nice hotel, with easy access to the subway station to get to the main tourist cities like shibuya. Rooms were nice, the shower head is the manual one you can unhook but great water pressure. I would stay here again. "

"Yes the room is small but it is enough for me as a solo traveller who only stay to shower and sleep. They have an onsen and they allocate a time for men and women and do soak at their salt water after a long day of walking around Tokyo.
