"Location was great - relatively quiet area with a subway station within a block of the hotel and lots of eating places close by. We stayed in a 2 queen bed and sofa bed suite and it was great for our family of five and had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The room placement meant there were very few passerby’s and little noise from other guests. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again. "

"This small luxury hotel is so nice! The staff are very welcoming and kind! Very nice having complimentary water, coffee, hot chocolate in the lobby. Rooms are very nice and exceptionally clean! The beds sleep great! Very quiet area! We loved our stay! "

"It's a good little hotel. Very quiet. Decent size rooms (for new york!) and the staff are friendly. It's a good location near the highline. Also unlike a lot of fancy-pants hotels, they have free coffee and decent continental breakfast in the lobby. "

All necessary things are available on request and were delivered to the room in a brisk manner. Definitely will be returning to Kimpton next time. "
