Staff was amazingly respectful, room service was superb( i didn't have to request room service/after along outing my family and I went back to the hotel and surprisingly our room was clean to the tea and beds were made again etc.) There's a restaurant as well within hotel, food is affordable,drinks and ambiance is great and close to public transportation to explore the city. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for those of you visiting NYC. I'd definitely book here again.
