This hotel was clean and updated. The bed was a little too firm for me. The breakfast that was served each day as part of your amenities was excellent. It was a bountiful buffet of many breakfast foods. Also the staff that maintained it were constantly keeping it clean. Restaurant Staff members were friendly and accommodating!

We spent 5nights there and room service was done on daily basis, clean towels etc. the breakfast on 2nd level we enjoyed every day. The rooms are so small but in Manhattan what do you aspect? Need more elevators there, it’s a busy place. Pricy but Overall it was a great experience.

The check in process was very quick, I was offered a beautiful room looking over the River. The staff was very helpful in many incidents that happen. I was surprised with house keeping service without asking which was a great touch. Overall beautiful rooms and beautiful people. Will definitely be back!!!
