"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. "Best location possible. This hotel is a perfect time capsule. Everything is so charming and the service is spectacular. Onsen had amazing Mt Fuji views plus there is option for hot bath, cold bath, and sauna. Hotel next door did not have that. Breakfast is so delicious, you have to take part. I'm so so happy I stayed here and hope to stay again soon. "

"Great location. Short 2-3 mins walk from Kawaguchiko Bus Station. The room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful Mt Fuji view at hotel door step. There's a Family Mart nearby with multiple restaurants around too."

"Clean and spacious room, great view of the lake in the room and the observation centre on the top level with a clear and great view of Mount Fuji are all marvellous. The hotel’s lobby was well designed as well with nice music and compliments to coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and professional. Great dinner and breakfast. "Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"櫃台會說中文超讚的，進去大廳就有飲水機(好感動!!)房間很溫暖空間也很大，茶包也很好喝，房間雖然沒有富士山的景色，但走出飯店5-7分鐘就有富士山可以看，旁邊也有2-3個美術館可以去，前後便利商店都很近，飯店也有腳踏車可以租，很喜歡!!!!飯店也有付費接送服，實在是不想大小包的提行李去車站，覺得整體而言很方便!!"
