"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Lovely apartment. Stayed with family of 4 in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. Quiet area but very good location close to transport, and convenience stores. No onsite staff but clear directions, and helpful and responsive owner. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"Not a huge fan of Hilton’s generally but this one is great. Really well designed hotel in a good location, excellent breakfast, lovely 20m indoor pool and a large well equipped gym. Only gripe is a lack of table service in the roof top bar which you would expect for a c£15 half pint of lager! The bar was the only area that seemed a bit disorganized; as if new staff each evening. We looked at more expensive hotels including the Four Seasons and glad we didn’t pay extra. Highly recommend the hotel"

"Nos gustó mucho y sin duda regresaríamos, está a corta distancia de estaciones de metro pero sobre todo de UENO station a donde llega el Skyliner del Aeropuerto y de donde salen Trenes que van a localidades foraneas cercanas, cerca de muchos puntos de interés en Tokio, la cocineta equipada facilita mucho desayunos y cenas sobre todo si viajas con niños, muy cerca Seven eleven, family mart y muchas opciones de locales de comida en las estaciones de metro. "Excellent hotel with excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, steps from the train station, the zoo, restaurants, and convenience stores. Perfect for a family vacation. The clean, spacious, and modern room features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, refrigerator, oven, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer. I would definitely return. Excellent....

"Great location between Ueno and Akihabara, also a few blocks from Metro and JR Okachimachi. So not right in the thick of things but close enough for accessibility walkability: also great for shinkansen and mainline trains connections at Ueno Station. Plenty of coffee shops, conbini, izakaya in area outside - also the food streets between Ueno and Okachimachi stations. And of course Akiba... Hotel itself is compact, well-serviced and the customary helpful and attentive staff at reception. Laundry...

"Location was perfect. Room was small but hey, it's Japan. (-: We had everything we needed and the light robes (yukata?) were a nice touch. Recommended. By the way, if you're bringing large, heavy suitcases from Ueno Station on a hot day, you don't need to climb the stairs of the pedestrian overpass. There _is_ a crosswalk a block or two south."
