"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "良いアパートメントホテルです。 2週間泊まりました。 長期滞在の方には良いと思います。 何より安い！ この広さと便利さでこの値段はびっくりです。 キッチンの換気扇が動かなくてフロントに直すか部屋を変えてもらう様に頼んだのですがダメでした。 でも使えなくても、窓も開くし、そこそこの料理はできるので問題ないと言えばないです。 少しお湯の出が弱いです。 シャワーしかないですが電気式なので長くは使えません。 シャワー室との壁やシャワーカーテンがなかったので、シャワー使用時にはトイレ周りまで水が飛びます。 カードキーは一つしかもらえず、エレベーターはカードキーがないと指定の場所に止まらないので多少不便ですが、部屋の入り口は暗証番号だったので、慣れました。 掃除は1週間に一回しかなく後は有料です。 ただ洗濯機があるので自分でシーツ等は洗えます。 洗濯機に乾燥機が付いてないのが残念でした。 部屋が広いので部屋に干せるし、すぐ近くにコインランドリーがありますので、特に不便はないですが。 なんにせよコスパは最高です。"
