"I adored everything about this place ...after many weeks in Europe, my son and I settled here whilst he attended summer academy and we literally felt like we found a home, Every detail is functional and beautiful, The STAFF IS AMAZING. they are incredible human beings who care about those staying. very accommodating and lovely peace and quiet, just perfect"

"Francesca was the best! we were only on a stay over night before an early flight.. she made sure we understood trains into venice, connected us with a driver to the airport at 4:30 am..
