"Alessandra's place was a lovely stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious! We enjoyed a cappucino, pastries, yogurt, and juice provided by the host each morning. The area also felt safe and quiet from the tourism district while being 2 mins away from a waterbus. We would recommend friends to stay here if they are in Venice. "This hotel was a real gem. So close to the train station yet felt peaceful and cosy. Free breakfast was provided and was both plentiful and varied. Service from staff was wonderful and all were very friendly and helpful. "

"Cannot recommend this property enough! The grounds, wine tasting, room, amenities, and staff (especially Francesco, our wine tour guide, who made our night!) "

"Everything about this property was exceptional. The staf was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was perfect. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was delivered each morning with ample choices. I could not say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to anyone I talk to."

"It is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location close to Basílica St Marco. It has a wonderful ambiance and the rooms are lovely decorated, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend. "

"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral war auch mit zwei schweren Koffern gut zu erreichen. Nur eine Brücke die Möbel sehr schön und neu ein gutes Bett. Ein schönes Bad alles was man brauchte war da. Abends und morgens etwas laut durch die enge Gasse und das Café fast davor. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen."

"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "
