"This place was really great overall — service was seamless, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Room was aesthetically pleasing and bed was comfortable. Only negatives are the shower head was loose, so had to prop it up and nearly got locked out on the balcony because the door caught the lock — was able to jiggle it free and luckily had my phone, but could have been bad."

"The property is beautiful and location excellent just reception staff needs to be trained bad manners and no hospitality. Only the concierge staff Artem was polite and very helpful the entire stay. The good things about the hotel was breakfast, spa, and bed super comfortable. Housekeeping didn’t speak English so was a nightmare to ask for anything."

"Everything was perfect besides the strong smell within the room. Not sure if it was due to the accommodation being in the basement, but the sewage smell made me feel a little uncomfortable. Since was a short stay and I spent most of the time on the street I did not care too much. But I do believe this is something they can work on so guests could give 5 stars. I also like to point out that the location is great and everything you need is walking distance. I felt very safe walking on the area...

"This hotel surprised me very much. The room was really spacious and clean. The showers are new and it feels very cozy to be in the room. Okan the receptionist was very helpful since we arrived at the hotel. He helped us managing our trip back to the airport as well. "I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, everything is within walking distance. It is very convenient to walk from the hotel to Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast with an ocean view on the terrace is awesome. I would stay here again."

"Schönes Hotel fussläufig zur Blauen Moschee , der Hagia Sofia und dem Topkapi Palast. Reichhaltiges Frühstück beim Pool oder mit Blick auf das Meer - auch das Abendessen ( Dank tollem Service von Baris) war sehr zu empfehlen.
