The hotel is always just 30 minutes away from Istanbul Airport and offers incredible service. There are also outstanding restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the room service at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

It is an excellent, immaculate hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as it is super comfortable,extremely clean and luxurious. All staff are so kind, they speak and treat customers with respect and they are helpful. Security staff at the entrance of the hotel is so kind and helpful. In comparison with other 5 star hotels is great Only is far from historical places we solve it with using Mahmoud bay metro station 5 minutes from hotel and with metro less than 30 minutes reaching to Şişli Even if directly using Taxi to historical places is much economically than staying in small 5 star hotels 😢 in that area.

We arrived late and was greeted by security and friendly bell staff. They directed us to reception and both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff did upgrade our room to a suite and delivered a fruit basket and other sweets. The room was amazing! Property was excellently maintained and cleaned. Located between airport and downtown attractions.
