"We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL."

"My email enquiries were always promptly replied prior to my arrival. The check-in service at the club lounge was courteous, but I had to wait about 1.5 hours for the housekeeper to clear the booked club room. The room was very clean, and had a clear and direct view of Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC Park. I like the buggy ride provided between the hotel and Suria KLCC, it saved me a lot of time. Checking out was very smooth, and the doorman kept a lookout for my e-hailing car. The stay made my New Year very special."

"Room cleaning was excellent and staff were brilliant. Our room overlooked the park and dancing fountains which looked great, specially at night . We also could see the Petronas twin towers. Large shopping mall was next to the hotel. Would recommend for facilities, food, staff and position for exploring Kuala Lumpur."

"Staying at the Park Hyatt was a dream. Staff were courteous, efficient and would take the initiative when dealing with customers. My mom is 75yo and upon checking in, they ushered us into the park lounge before settling us at the restaurant while we waited for our room. I didn’t even have to ask. Service was impeccable. When my aunt, uncle and my brother decided to join us for breakfast the next day, once again your team spared no expense in providing a memorable service to my extended family even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. It is indeed a guest experience like no other and I look forward to staying once again at the Park Hyatt when I’m back in KL. Thank you to you and your team for your hospitality x"

"I have been to KL 11 times but never stayed at The Holiday Inn Express. It was because there are a few Holiday Inns where I live in Australia and it didn't sound special enough. Well I was wrong! I absolutely loved my 7 nights at this hotel! The Assistant Front Desk Manager, Mohamed Hafiz Bin Abdul Rashid, found me a room where I had good sleep for the first time in months! It was a very clean, spacious room and I really liked the colourful rug and wall art. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon worked well and apart from hearing an occasional door shut (which happens in most hotels) there was no sound from adjoining rooms! At breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. Must thank one of the breakfast staff, Mohammad, for his caring nature. I wasn't feeling well and he kept checking if I needed anything. The hotel was much more modern than I had imagined. Eclectic furniture in the reception and breakfast area, all in good taste. There is a cocktail bar with comfy armchairs and a vending machine at reception. Outside the hotel is a Family Mart, McDonald's, Zeus Coffee and a huge grocery store. It's approx a10 minute walk to the Pavilion but there's a bus stop just outside the hotel where the GOKL buses take you to the centre of Bukit Bintang. On the other side of the road there are GOKL buses to Chinatown and Masjid India etc. In other words this hotel has it all! I'm returning in April for 14 nights. "Perfect hotel in a perfect location for a city break. Luxury and serenity, right in the guts of the bustle of Chinatown. Every design detail was stunning and considered, right down to the kettle in the room and the buttons in the lift. From the wall art to the lobby chairs to the tiles in the pool; everything was beautiful it made you feel fancy but also full of heart so you felt truly comfortable. The staff across the board were an absolute delight, relaxed, friendly and helpful to a tee. Special mention for the breakfast wait staff who made the start of each day such a delight. The breakfast was excellent and beyond generous from food to service and all things in between. The nasi mamba was amazing, the granola was perfect, the coffee was great and the whole experience really put you in the best possible place to start the day. We looked a few different hotels in different areas and feel confident that we lucked out and ended up at the best of the best. LOVED everything about it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
