Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend.

The PR is a great hotel - it has a great eco vibe with a lot of greenery inside - perfect match for KL. The room was nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge add on - the complimentary cocktail hour with snacks was great and a nice spot for a light breakfast, although definitely worth it to go to the main breakfast area as the selection there was extensive!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk and lobby staff also very helpful and very professional. I didn’t want to pay this much to stay in KL but after I was in the hotel I was glad that we stayed here. It was very nice.

Ther room was clean but smelled musty. Neighbors on our floor were very loud and the sound resonated through thin walls. The location was great though and provided easy access to the Bukit Bintang monorail and and MRT stations.

Excellent room for the price point. Enjoyed the relaxing pool as well. Nice stay. Only issue was the reception area on checkin, a bit chaotic as there was no clear queue lane so people just cutting the queue.

The Staffs were very accommodating and welcoming. They took effort to remember the guest names. They when extra length to make us feel comfortable. Definitely a great stay for my anniversary!
