"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"女子二人旅での利用。チェックイン時に電話をかけないといけないのですがe-simからは掛けられず玄関の守衛さんが電話してくれチェックイン。 部屋に入り説明を受けた後に部屋タイプが違うことに気づき伝えると謝罪と共にスイート仕様の部屋に交換してくださいました。 担当してくれたOsmanはとても親切で不安無くチェックアウトまで本当に素敵な部屋で過ごすことができました。 備え付けのドライヤーだけが少し使いづらかったので改善していただきたいです。 駅からも2分くらいの距離。 繁華街も徒歩圏内。このプライスはお値打ち。 屋上からの夜景も最高でした。 また次に行く機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。"

"Hotel staff wanted nothing to do with our booking. Obviously it was a privately owned unit. No tea or coffee but a pod machine was available. Lifts take ages. But the views were magnificent.Expedia accused us of missing the checkout time and threatened us with additional charges. Would have been good if they had asked nicely first as we could easily prove we left on time instead o going straight to threats "

"The reception was not that great. They socially profiled me and told me that I had to pay a deposit and that I shouldn't break anything. But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it. They let it go but repeated multiple times that I should not break anything "
