"Breakfast is terrible. Chef don't serve an extra piece of bread. No tea or drink if you late to have breakfast. I left a loaf of bread for the cook to serve others if someone asks. The apartment was superb. But WiFi was down for the whole day "
"Located less than 10 mins walk from Petaling Street Chinatown, also less than 10 mins walk to the LRT / MRT station. No issues during my stay, friendly staff and Wi-Fi worked. Room cleaning services not provided daily so do clarify when checking in so you are aware. A gym with a few machines and some weights. Washing machines and dryers on-site, pay at reception for token (around MYR 22), washing liquid included. My first stay at this hotel and I was happy with it. "
"Very seldom i leave comments. But i really want to leave my comment this round. Very clean room for the budget that we pay. Only limitation for travellers with car is no parking available so dont ended up with fine for wrong parking. Public transport is superb since LRT station is just 2 minutes walk. Bus, cab, grab services are easily available"
"This hotel is worth recommending. I feel like I am surrounded by attractions. The surrounding area is full of attractions, and it only takes a few minutes to walk. I also like that the room has a window, and I can see the birds chirping in the trees. The staff is very friendly."
"Overall a nice experience for short birthday staycation with my son. Room is on the small side but equipped with all basic amenities needed. Small problem maybe is ants in room after I left donut overnight not securely wrapped. Love the rooftop swimming pool level, small but with nice view of kl city. Lobby area is lovely too, has nice welcoming feel to guest. Reception staff pleasant & with smiles. We would love to come again next time."

"Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station. "

"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room.

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
