The TV was 15 inches wide? After we make enquiry and complaint, we manage to swap to another room which is slightly better with 42 inch TV and slightly cleaner room. However, there is hole right on top of the shower tap. It makes us feel very uncomfortable to take our shower. Toiletries wasn't provided until we ask for...

The location is excellent, especially for travelers needing quick access to KLIA, with many guests highlighting the convenience of being around 10–15 minutes from the airport. Great facilities, peaceful environment, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!"
