"The bathroom was very nice. The mattress needed replaced. It was worn out. Got a metal shaving in my foot from the carpet. Obviously not vacuumed very well. Was a bit disappointed since these are very spendy rooms. Expected better."

I chose this location mainly because of the hot tub, so that was really disappointing—the water was extremely hot, to the point where it felt unsafe and unusable. I did report it, but was told there wasn’t access to adjust it. There was also a period during the day (about 11 AM–4 PM) when there was no water at all, which was very inconvenient. "Overall experience was terrible. My shower was flooding and so was the sink when we used it. They sent maintenance to Do a loud plumbing job at 11:30 pm at night while we were sleeping. The bathroom mirror was even dirty. Never again."
