"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted.
Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
"We stayed at The Keio Plaza Premier Grand Hotel with Club Lounge Access. Check-in is on the top floor in the Lounge and was fast. The room was large and the lights and shades were adjustable via switches.

Great service and hospitality overall, only thing I’d point out is that the tv in the room is a little outdated so you’d have to give up on watching Netflix and such streaming services. Not really a down side but something others might care about.
