Top Rancho Santa Margarita Hotel Reviews

Sonesta Select Laguna Hills Irvine Spectrum

8/10 Good

"The staff has been great during my stay here but I have to single out Aynaz. She went above and beyond to meet my needs with everything. She was very considerate and patient with all the questions I had regarding my room. I ended up booking another night because of her. She deserves a raise!"

Orange Grove Inn

8/10 Good

"Everything was good but on the morning I was to check-out, the cleaning person tested my door handle to see if I was gone yet at 5:17 AM! #1 It freaked me out, and I couldn't get back to sleep. #2 why were they trying to get in at 5:17 AM. I looked outside it was the cleaning person. For light sleepers, that's not cool. Everything was clean and nice but the bed had a dip in the middle so you had to sleep in the dip. : ) I guess I'm used to more firm beds."

Ayres Hotel Orange

10/10 Excellent

"Rooms were very clean and the complementary breakfast was good."

Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach

8/10 Good

"Staff was a little too serious, no friendly smiles or welcoming attitude. But also not rude just not a friendly demeanor."

Lemon Heights Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Air conditioner is noisy! Room is clean"

Sonesta Anaheim Resort Area

8/10 Good

"Small rooms but very clean. Sheets are a little rough so bring a blanket with you!"

MainStay Suites John Wayne Airport by Choice Hotels

8/10 Good

"Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest."

Sonesta Irvine John Wayne Airport

8/10 Good

"I was attending a conference. I needed my shirt and slacks ironed. I called three times. They never showed up! I left for my conference with wrinkled clothes!"
