"Amazing staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Plus if you are military or veteran you get 20% at the restaurant which was a plus. They remodeled it like 3 years ago and it looks brand new. Pool and jacuzzi were icing on the cake."

"We liked that they have a 24 hour front desk. The staff that we encountered were amazing. They held our bags for us as we got there before check-in time. But if we wanted to, we could have checked in early. They do charge a minimal hourly fee to check in early. We opted to just have them hold our bags. The room was fantastic! We were given an ADA compliant room on the first floor. (We reserved a 2 Queen room) It was SO spacious! The room was clean. You can opt to have daily housekeeping or not. We chose not to. We were able to pick up extra towels as needed. We preferred the first floor because we were on an extended trip with lots of large suitcases. So my hubby was very happy with that! 😃 There were a couple of nights in which we could hear the people above us stomping about their room, but it was not a problem for us as we use the Calm app with white noise so we can sleep without interruptions anyway. If you are a light sleeper on the first floor, you might want to do something similar or use earplugs. The room was one of the best we've stayed in at the Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor hotels. We look for clean, easy/decent walking distance, good staff and a place to crash. If you are looking for similar, this is a place you would probably enjoy staying at. There are no dirty carpets. The floor is like laminated vinyl flooring which works for us. Microwave & fridge worked well. Shower was hot & good with tall showerheads. The walking to DL was about 15mins. We'll be back! "

"We stayed here the night before a cruise leaving from the Long Beach Port and it was probably the best one we’ve stayed at. The property was clean, check in was a breeze and it’s situated on a marina with a walkway perfect for a night/morning walk or jog. It’s only a few min from port so it’s very convenient for cruisers. It’s also not far from convenience stores and places to eat, but there is a restaurant on site as well. Absolutely recommend and have already booked again for our next pre-cruise stay. "
