"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight. "What a beautiful little oasis just a block away from the bustling street though we could not hear a sound We stayed here because it was close to the Subaru Harbor which is where we caught the ferry. "

"Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. "

"The staff here were lovely, really helpful and accommodating. Was great to be able to use free bikes each day - older ladies style but free and could leave them anywhere. Property was very large and two storeys and would have been great but was just older and tired, pool wasn’t overly clean and many things were past their best. "The villa could have been stunning with a little attention to detail. I feel in its hey day it ewould have been great. The alfresco area and outdoor lounge as well as outdoor shower and bedroom were all really well layed out but unfortunately there has been a lot of water damage in these areas. "If you want a ‘sit by the pool’ resort this is not your hotel, however if, like us, you want to be out all day and want a hotel that is clean in a good location to rest your head - this is perfect. Good location, clean rooms, lovely staff. A wee bit noisy. Fitness centre is small but functional with well maintained equipment. Good room service."

"Good location, great adults only pool (not much sun on sunlounges) breakfast is just OK, nothing special. Staff are wonderful. Gym is great, Yoga is advanced and available 7.00 am everyday. Not far to walk to view sunrise. I would stay again."

"Villa with a pool was inviting. Overall the accommodation was ok but in need of some updates. For a 2 bed the fridge was tiny barely get water in it. Beds and pillows comfy. Not so great was the noisy construction everyday it was not tranquil at all. The location on a busy road made it difficult to walk anywhere thank goodness for cheap grabs but they do offer a shuttle service into Senur. Highlights- the staff.
