Thier breakfast menu is to die for, staff were extremely friendly, the hotel grounds are so beautiful, l hardly left the hotel grounds as l was in awe of the hotel.

Our first trip to Bali, and I really enjoyed this area. Good choices of restaurants around and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the grounds are kept so tidy by all the gardeners. We really enjoyed the adult section (Club Santrian) so there were no kids running about. Would have been nice to have drinks and snacks served to us during the day in that area.

Cleanest rooms, staff all amazing and so patient and caring (Yuli in particular). Porter/customer service lovely guy even put a diffuser in my room! Couldn’t want anything else at breakfast, varied and all perfect. Aircon fine. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Sanur.

Wonderful location on the beach but removed from the hectic part. Make sure you try the free yoga class - wonderful instructor. We enjoyed cycling up the boardwalk. The breakfast was huge and varied. The staff were all very helpful. Thank you for having us.

Everything about Puri Santrian makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring or walks along the beach. If you want peace and quiet you have everything you need without going anywhere. Friendly, polite staff, clean, comfortable rooms, well kept gardens, different pool options and great selection from buffet breakfast. Our favourite area is Santrian Club as not only is the pool and gardens beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful and you are entertained by the squirrels!
