⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing time at the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay! The staff were so kind, courteous, and helpful — they truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was great, and having a Lawson right inside the hotel was such a bonus, especially for snacks and quick essentials. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea made getting around so easy, and the kids absolutely loved the lobby area with the free candy bar, drinks, and beer taps. Everything was convenient, clean, and family-friendly. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Overall we had an excellent experience at Hotel Chinzanso, which was our first time in Tokyo and in Japan. We found the staff extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten path but for us that is a bonus, and travel was easy on the Metro and rail lines. The setting of the garden is especially pleasant, and an oasis from the bustle of a densely populated city.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno fue excelente, todos los días. Tiene una basta variedad para todos los gustos. El personal del hotel siempre atentos y dispuestos a apoyarte. Definitivamente recomiendo el hotel 100%.
