"The hotel bathroom was a little old, needing some upgrade or maintenance. Bed was too soft for comfort, a little shocking for us. In summary, hotel room was not what we had expected but location was superb. "

"This felt like a complete scam. I booked this apartment specifically for the Burj Khalifa view. Just one hour before check-in, they changed both the apartment and the building without informing us. The new unit had no Burj Khalifa view at all. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. What was advertised is not what we received. I would not recommend this property."

"The listing photos were misleading, as the actual condition of the property did not meet the expectations set online. The room was not perfectly clean upon arrival, and I even observed insects present. The sofa bed was broken, the hot water supply was very limited, and there was no room service or regular towel replacement. Additionally, I was asked to pay approximately USD 100 for cleaning services. Overall, the room appeared outdated and is in need of significant renovation."

"I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired...."

"I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment. The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request. "
