"The room was gorgeous, well appointed, clean, and had a nice view. The only issues were that the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor creating a slipping concern, and the balcony was wonderful with nice furniture but there were a lot of mosquitoes. So we couldn’t use the balcony. All of the house keepers and the rest of the staff did an excellent job! Coffee and patisserie in the lobby was amazing, along with an outstanding buffet breakfast."

"The hotel bathroom was a little old, needing some upgrade or maintenance. Bed was too soft for comfort, a little shocking for us. In summary, hotel room was not what we had expected but location was superb. "

"One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

"Staff was absolutely fabulous. Loved the coffee and snack bar in lobby. Stayed here last year and just love the new refurbished rooms. Would suggest a grab rail in the shower for safety as it’s slippery when wet and the safe needs to be attached to the wall. Otherwise 10/10 thank you "

"I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment. The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request. "
