"今回3度目の宿泊です。 立地は最高で、ドバイファウンテン、カウントダウン、ドバイモールと食べる、寝る、遊ぶが全て叶う場所です。 カウントダウン時の交通規制も徒歩でドバイモールまで行き、買い物や飲食も問題なくできます。 ただ、客室のシャワーの水圧がもう少し欲しい…と思う所です。 あとは、大満足です！ "

"The room was great and spacious. Location is excellent as it is a less than 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Go to the Apple Store to get to the balancing to watch the Fountain show. Staff is great with great communication and service. Highly recommended."

"One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

Prompt attention was always available by the service team. Any concerns were addressed very expeditiously. Great experience staying in this lovely apartment . "

It shows that you are one minute away from Dubai mall when you are at least a 20 minute walk. The location is 1.6 km away from what is shown on the map. It was impossible to find the apartments even hotel.com staff sent us to the wrong location. You do not get a view of any canal, you only get two pods of coffee for a six night stay. The room was clean, however."

"Staff were excellent in accommodating an early check in and late check out. Views from the apartment are breathtaking. However, the apartment itself could do with a thorough clean (toilets were mouldy and filthy when I arrived) and walls can be painted to cover up stains and patch-work maintenance- does make the apartment look cheap and uncared for. But overall, a fantastic 2 weeks staying at yours for Christmas and New Year"
