"Our stay at the Sofitel Downtown Dubai hotel was superb! Our room on the 28th floor had a perfect view of the Burj (tallest bldg) from the floor-to-ceiling glass wall… the city view was stunning, especially after sunset. Room was super clean and the staff was very conscientious with details… especially when they turn down the beds in the late afternoon… always a pleasant feeling to come back to our room after a long day of sight- seeing or walking in the hot sun. Another highlight was their breakfast… everything was delicious and fresh, especiallybtheir crepes and pastries. ! Also enjoyed their snack hour and happy hour that was included with our room selection. The hotel location can’t be beat if you plan to visit the Dubai Mall… the entrance to the mall is a just a short stroll down the sidewalk from the hotel’s main entrance! Very satisfied with our stay at the Sofitel Downtown Dubai! "

"My first time in Dubai in September and we were so well looked after. Lots of choice for dining. The food was absolutely delicious. Room was excellent, beds very comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"All amenities, including the spa, are fit for a 5-star hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs. This hotel was all that we expected. My big plus is the accessibility to fine dining within Burj Khalifa, especially the Atmosphere on the 122nd floor, and easy and direct access to the Dubai Mall. The view from our room on the 38th floor was fantastic!"

Dubai Mall is behind hotel, the famous fountain show from your hotel window. Very safe location. Beautiful street in from with lit up palm trees in the evening.
