"Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette. The spa facilities are a must. I wish the pool had a pool bar. My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided."

"My room was so beautiful, comfortable and fully secure for a woman travelling alone. I found the shower floor very slippery but they sent me a rubber mat to stand on. There was an overflow of water that escaped from the shower door each time I showered (perhaps a design issue?) but they sent a maintenance man to fix this issue. "Check in was fine and valet parking service good. However, the rest of the experience was poor, it took 10 min waits every time had to use elevators and only 2 seemed to be working and no air conditioning in elevators. The room lacked basic amenities such as tissue box or slippers and had to request from front desk, cleaning service very slow and the room was good size suite but was dated and in need of upgrade. Few power sockets and none near washroom or mirror to use hairdryer. It was a 3-star...
