"My choice when in Dubai for over 10 years now, this hotel gets better each time. A really happy staff team who cater to your every need. The place is spotless. The food/snack drink options were varied, tasty, fresh and healthy, and good value. I love that the hotel is close to everything including a metro station, has shuttle services to the beach and major shopping malls, but is in a quieter area, with outdoor ground level pool and recreation areas. You can "escape" the noise and bustle of Dubai as much or as little as you want."

"The hotel reached out a week in advance of arrival, to assist with any requirements we may have. They stayed in constant contactuntil arrival. Upon arrival, the team were so considerate to any and all of our needs. They were so warm and welcoming. The room itself was just so awesome, in terms of size, decor and amenties in the room. Wendy our floor butler was eonderful throughout or stay and made our whole stay worth it. All round a 5 star experience. One small nit pick - "
