"Sehr nette Personal, das Frühstück ist wechselhaft und sehr gut, Zimmern sind sauber und ruhig, nur stinkt das Bad, wenn die Klimmaanlage aus ist. Wahrscheinlich muss die Klimaanlage gesäuber werden, weil duch Luftfeuchtigkeit viel Bakterien und Schimmel sich ansammelt. So kommt es zu Gestank."

"Well, it's a good value for the size of the apartment. However, there we a lot of room amenities were lacking. The bed room television didn't work at all. The bathroom sink was stopped up. Room key kept having to be re programmed becasue it wouldn't work. The staff would only give you one towel. Just little stuff like that. "

"This is our fourth stay. Good location, close to Metro, shopping. Good hot water, A/C and enough TV channels. Staff always there to help us. They keep this property clean. Friendly staff!! Some minor Maintenace issues were noticed, loose plug points or not working ones. As we had five people in two bedrooms apartment we had to ask more towels, plates, cups, spoons. Did not see kitchen rag or dish washer soap, but later we got some."

"They knowingly gave me a smoking room although I told them that I’m a non smoker. They said I will not smell a smoke, but that was a flat out lie. The room was smelling like an ashtray "

"The stay was good. Good service especially the front desk staff very co-operative and helpful. Room is clean and surrounding is good.Room includes Fridge, Safe, TV, Tea/Coffee, Bath with bathtub/shower, Free wifi 24 hours, Hot water available plenty. The only negative is that there was no any popular sports channels or any English news channels for Indian news. The location of the hotel ideal for tourist since the bus/taxi/metro stations are very close. Overall it was good"

"Very pathetic experience. The Hotel first dishonored the booking confirmed through Hotel.com. My son was forced to wait for few hours for room against confirmed booking and it was given only after the intervention of Hotel.com from India as local support at Dubai is not available. The guest has to argue for Breakfast for which charges are included in the tariff. A big question mark of checkout time. As per Hotel.com , the check out time at hotel is 1500 hours whereas at Dubai, the Hotel Desk...
