First of all, we got in the early morning from a red-eye. We were lucky that trhere was a room available and were checked in. The staff across the board was constantly going above and beyond to make sure we weren't needing anything. The amenities on the 12th floor are great. My kids and us really enjoyed lounging and swimming at the infinity pool. The rooms are very specious and comfortable. The view to the Burj was worht it. It is so convinient being across Dubai mall. You walk through a bridge that goes through the Chinatown section of the mall and you are right at the famous waterfall in the mall. I would definitely stay here again

Great hotel downtown

Had a very nice stay at AFW. The hotel is located perfectly downtown with directly access to Dubai Mall. The breakfast was very good, the rooms are nice and the hotel appears new and clean. Only minus was I didn’t get the 20% discount on one foodorder as a Hotel.com VIP member.

Breathtaking Views

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location was superb, just steps away from the main attraction, with a staff that was both friendly and helpful . The hotel's exceptional cleanliness, style, and spaciousness added to the overall experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious, albeit a bit pricey. However, the stunning views more than made up for it. The well-equipped and cozy room also contributed to a comfortable stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

Relax stay at the Address

The Address hotel has the best location and the view. Room was big with lots of windows and best view of the Burj and the downtown. The decor of the lobby and the room was nice contemporary. I love the scent of the air freshener all over the lobby. Staff is courteous. The restaurant was good for breakfast and the dinner by the infinity pool and the view of the burj. The hotel is connected to the Dubai mall which is very convenient I would highly recommend Address by Dubai mall ( previously called address fountain view)

Everything was great only onething surprised me that they use filtered tap water as a complementary water .it shouldn’t be so expensive to provide at least average quality bottled water for one or two bottles a day . I should thnx them for everything else 🙏👍🍀💜

Everything was excellent except that when I booked this through hotels.com, I got a 20% off one time on any meal at the hotel but the hotel staff had no clue about it. Although they were kind enough to honour it, this is something they should know because it was quite a hassle. One more complaint, it’s extremely difficult to get taxis from this hotel which should be sorted out for a hotel or this quality.

I booked the Executive Suite from March 3rd to 5th. The bellboy was very kind, but the receptionist seemed disinterested—though polite. I received my key card, was escorted to my room, and given a brief introduction. The room was spacious (130 sqm) with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. However, it was uncomfortably cold, even without the air conditioning on. The room was clean, except for stains on the coffee table and a dusty dining table on the balcony—unexpected for a 5-star hotel, considering I paid around €3,000 for two nights. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was minimal for a 5-star hotel—no fresh tomatoes, no cucumbers on the second day, and stale hummus. Service, which had been excellent in previous stays, was poor. No one informed me about egg dishes, as the menu was only accessible via QR code inside. Additionally, one staff member seemed to mock my English, which is unacceptable. Conclusion:The hotel’s service and food quality have declined. However, the direct bridge to Dubai Mall and the stunning Burj Khalifa view remain positives.
