"Semasa sampai ke hotel semua nya bagus dgn senyuman pekerja yg berbudi bahasa, saya dan isteri terus menuju ke bilik 201, kami masuk bilik lihat2 seluruh bilik semuanya bersih dgn kelengkapan yg ada dlm bilik amat memuaskan. Isteri saya menutup pintu dari dlm bilik ternyata ada masalah pintu tdk blh di kunci Dr dlm bilik pasal Ada kerosakan, tapi masalah selesai setelah maintenance dtg memperbaikinya, pada kira2 pukul 7mlm kami pun keluar mencari mkn dekat center point dan berjln2 sekitar pasar...

"The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."
