Hotel location is near industry area. It’s limited of food options. Staff are very friendly. The room is clean but the facilities are a bit outdated. No tissue box supplied. We had instant noodles one night and the container stayed in the room until we checked out.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.
