"Staff were great. Rooms are obviously old but well maintained and clean. Hotel has great character and great location proximal to town. Only complaint was our check in time being delayed due to rooms not being ready."

"The staff on arrival were amazing. There was no space in the car park and one of staff moved their vehicle so we had a place to park. The check in process was seamless and all staff were ready to help us if needed. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and served by enthusiastic staff. Checking out, we were very disappointed that we did not have more nights here as we felt it was one of the highlights of the road trip around the Highlands. Definately one place to return to and recommend to friends."

"The Whisky Vaults is in a great location to explore Oban. Close to everything and clean and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower too!! The bar is lovely with really friendly staff. Strongly recommend!"
