First time in Oban in 54years . So much has changed. We loved the hotel as it was friendly and quiet. It does need a bit of refurbishment but would come back again

It’s Oban but…. This place needs a maintenance person to fix up little things. Tired it is. Staff are not friendly. Not unfriendly but not engaging. We saw them actually fight with a guest. You guys need some lessons in how to treat guests so they leave happy. Day shift seemed worse than afternoon guy. Room was tired. Paint peeling, no face clothes, no shampoo, carpets dirty, come on, get it together guys, do some basic Reno’s. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place. You guys need to do better…
