"The staffs were nice, friendly and provided much info to my enquiry. The room was spacious esp. the toilet, clean and noise-free. The amenities were enough for me. The hotel was well located with easy access to train, bus, eateries and shops. I attained more knowledge about the history of Osaka International Airport after i browsed through the Commemorative Book placed at the lounge area. I had a wonderful 2 night stays in this hotel. "

"離車站很近,附近有山田電機可買電器(有台灣店員小張)&24小時超市餐廳,有買完美行的在這邊領超方便,入住當天櫃台說我們要住的房型沒了,溝通後改給2間雙人房,服務很好,住49樓電梯超級快,所以會有短暫時間耳塞."

"Super great location. 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Could see the trains going to and from Namba Station. Great for when we wanted to have a chill day and come back to the hotel for a break. Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was super modern and very clean. Japanese bathroom was incredible and spacious. We didn’t eat at the restaurant and were able to find other places to eat close by. We wished we had booked more nights here. "

"Room was clean, spacious, offered a laundry mat, and was close to many different attractions in Kobe! It is a place I would book again! Check in process was very easy, and a very convenient 7/11 next door for any late night snacks! A great place to spend a few nights! "
