"Had to give all check in info twice after room wasn’t available early-room not being ready is understandable but gave all info earlier and got parking pass and still had to go over all info credit card email everything again asked for a call when room was ready but didn’t get one and no answer in office whenever we tried to call. Still can’t beat locTion"

"Exceptional experience for the price point and location. The Francis Marion was priced significantly lower than every other four star hotel in downtown. It’s not as fancy, but it’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a very centrally-located home base. The bathrooms are small and it took a long time for the water to get hot, but the beds were extremely comfortable with tons of pillows. Will definitely consider staying again, especially if priced so affordably."

"This is a charming boutique hotel that is close to everything. I booked it for the pool - a necessity during hot Charleston summers. The restaurant has nice vibes, the food was good and they offered happy hour specials & drinks. They have a fleet of very nice cruiser bikes, which are free for guests. I highly recommend and will be back!"
