"Had a great time with kids and family for a 4 night stay at Jungala hotel in Vidanta world. Amazing and friendly staff, showed so much of warmth. They even surprised my son celebrating his birthday with balloons and small cake. so sweet :)"

"We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels."

"A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there."

"The Reef is an eco hotel which means to me less luxury than others because they are trying to use more sustainable practices- and while I appreciate that, there is a trade off. The staff was friendly, but they are very pushy about the vacation club presentation. While the hotel was overall clean they did not change the sheets while we were there- a week long stay. The mattresses are EXTREMELY firm and the pillows thin so lack support, very uncomfortable in our opinion. Also the walls/floors lack...
