"Food was great. It would be nice to be able to reserve a dinner reservation via phone from your room instead of having to walk all the way over and get turned away. Hotel and stores do not tell you that if you charge to the room you get a different exchange rate instead of the $20 pesos per US dollar that’s posted in the shops. Bed comfort was good. Overall room and amenities in the room were excellent. They think of everything! "

"Conveniently located right next to Xcaret Park, this place offered everything we could ask for. The staff was excellent, we felt completely safe, and the food did not disappoint. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive to Tulum and Quinta Avenida, a lively destination for shopping and dining. The scenery was stunning, full of wildlife and vibrant nature, which truly made the trip memorable. This was our first time staying in the Riviera Maya, and it exceeded our expectations in every way."

"Before booking this resort I read ALOT of reviews which were very mixed. I decided to book anyways and am so glad we did. The service was great. There were soooo many food options. I highly recommend trying the three restaurants you make reservations for and then the restaurant on the ocean. The swim up and lobby bar had very tasty drinks with generous pours. I do suggest you bring an insulated cup to keep your drinks cold. We ended up buying one there for about $25. Our room was upgraded to one with a swim up pool. Apparently rooms are assigned at check in so you get what you get. Unfortunately this means another family we were staying with were not close to us at all. The walk from the front of the resort to our room was far but I liked getting steps in after enjoying so much food. If walking is an issue you can always take the trams. We were approached once to discuss upgrading to the Privilege but after politely declining we were never approached again. Check in was long so I would suggest arriving as close to 3 as possible so you don’t have to wait once to check in and once to get your room assignment like we did. Overall our trip was great with lots of memories made! "
