The fives hotel and beachfront has one of the most friendliest staff. They always great you when they pass by you and make you feel like family. Their ambassador take the time to make sure that your needs are met. We also did the spa experience which was 50 min hydro therapy and 50 minute massage and left like new. Overall it was a good experience.

Great resort, friendly staff and great food options. Because it was low season, not every restaurant was open every night and they don’t take reservations so you have to wait a bit. But otherwise it was a great vacation

Great Family Hotel

We met friends of ours from Italy here this is a great option for families with kids of different ages. There’s lots to do and it’s a nice break from the typical on the beach all inclusive because you have the jungle shaded area that you get to walk through so there’s always choices and a break from the sun.

Our family had such a wonderful experience! Issac was the best transportation- so friendly and made every trip to the beach, room and restaurants fun! Giovani was such a fun entertainer and the best to visit with! Rolando worked at the Mexican restaurant and made the whole family experience so fun!! Camilo- love and wellness! We spent a week here for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The food exceeded our expectations, with Arezzo quickly becoming our favorite dining spot. Each morning, we started our day at La Brasserie, which offered a great selection and the perfect breakfast atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!

The property is nice and kept clean. It's a lot bigger then you think. Pools are nice on site and everyone is friendly. The food we had was very good. The only negative is they don't take reservations. People lined up early for specific restaurants.
