"Get ready for remote access. No human face to face contact. Had issue with the bathroom and they were able to give me a different room. Beds were comfortable.Had to stay an extra night and they gave us our extension with no problems."

"The room was very charming and comfortable. Friendly staff and the rate was very affordable given the proximity to the redwood's state park. The floor could have been cleaner, but we have stayed in far worse. The nearby neighborhood is a bit rundown and the bar next door was a bit sketch on the night we were there."
