"There appears to be weekly or monthly renters on the property. There were a few sketchy looking people hanging around the laundry area when we checked in. AC/Fan wouldn't turn on, but it wasn't that hot in the room anyway. The fan to move stagnant air around would have been nice"

"The facility is rather new, very clean, and comfortable. The location isn’t the greatest but to have a kitchenette while on the road is definitely a plus. I’ve stayed at other ESA facilities further south on 101 and they get 1 Star reviews. This one is a good one!"

"There was no front desk to check in We asked if we can cancel at front desk before even checking in, the virtual guy said cause you booked through Expedia, have to go through them, Expedia said it’s ok with us, they called the virtual guy and he said no we can’t! Complete waste of 30 minutes of my time! "

"Property is clean and reasonably up to date. Location is rural, out of town but close by, and therefore quiet and peaceful. It is attached to a Casino, awesome if you like that, but adequately separated if you don’t. A bar and limited restaurant are in the hotel area, with additional bar and small food court in the casino. I’ve been staying here for years due to location and quiet."

"This is a basic hotel with minimal accommodations. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was noisy with upstairs neighbors and side neighbors yelling and stomping around. I did not feel exceptionally safe here and was glad to find my car unbothered in the morning. Pretty sure some sketchy things were going on a couple doors down. I found ants crawling over my things in the AM and went to report this to the hotel staff (so they could spray for the next person) and and I...

"Absolutely disgusting. The so called non smoking room stunk of cigarettes so bad it was nauseating. I couldn't even spend the night."

"What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were travelling with our family and dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the reatuarant on site after a day exploring in the Redwoods. The food was good with execellent service. Complimentary breakfast in the mroming is grab and go (cereal, fruit, oatmeal). The gas station and store were convenient and made travelling easier. We would definitely stay...

"Pictures online very deceptive. This is a very old hotel. The description of a balcony is quite generous. I had a sliding door onto a concrete pad with a fence separating you from a loud bunch of machinery. Definitely not a place you would want to hang out"
