"It was fine, house was cute but filled with Knick knacks which kind felt like staying at your grandmas house. Like look but donโt touch anything. Not sure what they meant by walk to old town, everything we did for food, etc was 8-10 minute drive. The streets have no street lights so walking anywhere at night was out. Worked as a base to visit redwoods np and tidal pools which is what we wanted"

"The Jacuzzi was wonderful; it's a big, nice Jacuzzi, lots of space. The breakfast was very good; I was not expecting that. Overall, it was a great stay. I'm glad we spent a little more money for this hotel than the others; it was worth it"

"We enjoyed our stay in room 319 which had a nice view of the water and wharf. Make sure you ask for a room away from highway one. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and we had nice thick towels. The shower pressure was weak."

"Chech in easy, I like that they provide a bedsheet for your pet and treats. I originally was given a room in the 2nd floor but I had it change to a ground floor because of my motherโs mobility. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. The building is very modern our doggie liked the balcony. Great place to stay if you have pets. "

"The room was spacious and clean. It was mostly quiet and bed was comfy. Furnishings were a bit shopworn. Breakfast offerings were limited-4 cold cereals, oatmeal packets, a little fruit, bagels or toast, and juices. Overall a decent stay that met our needs. Back if building is currently being re-sided but did not hear construction noises from our particular room."

The only downside was without air-conditioning (which we didn't need being on the coast), we needed to leave a window open for ventilation. However, there aren't any screens on the windows, so we were uncomfortable opening them more than a crack."
