"The room was sold as having a fireplace and hot tub, it had neither. The fireplace was broken and made a buzzing sound. The hot tub was a bathtub plonked down in the middle of the bedroom. We had no maid services the whole time and wasn’t told until the last night that we had to ask for maid service or clean towels. The a/c didn’t work at night and all the fans were so loud you couldn’t hear. Everything clanked around like it hadn’t been serviced in years. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good...

Our overnight stay was not simply comfortable, but enjoyable which was an unexpected pleasure for an overnight stay on the road. We highly recommend. "It was just ok. The real problem is you can hear other guest at early morning hours! My friends that were traveling with us had a $6000 charge that was traced to Beachcomber Motel. They had paid for stay with their credit card at Motel. I was concerned that my credit card could also be compromised, but the front desk said, that since I used a 3rd party to book I needn’t worry! She wasn’t very contrite about the issue and I will not book a stay there ever again. "

"Location was amazing right on the beach! The "garden view" was not a garden at all but facing 101. Bedding was old, and beds were super uncomfortable one of them was so soft it dipped in the middle. Once again loved the location just know that's why you would be booking this. "
