The only downside was without air-conditioning (which we didn't need being on the coast), we needed to leave a window open for ventilation. However, there aren't any screens on the windows, so we were uncomfortable opening them more than a crack."

"We had a room with a kitchen and it was brand new so it was very nice. The room was much larger than expected. The only downside was the bed wasnโt very comfortable and the room didnโt have a/c. Even with the window open it was located where you couldnโt get a good breeze so it was l little too warm for my comfort. Other than that I I had no complaints"
