We loved Willow Creek and had a great day exploring Eureka. 5-star review. Hope to come back in the Spring. Here for an October birthday and it rained the whole time, but that made it lovely too!"

"Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable and the bathroom's were very clean, as well. All the staff were nice, willing to answer questions, and pleasant to speak with. We were a little sad the Bar was not open and I don't think the restaurant was up an running either, we never saw anyone going in or coming out. Maybe that was due to our being there on week days. "When I travel to Crescent City, CA this is my favorite place to stay. It is located at the edge of town and is right next to Ocean World Since my last stay, they have updated rooms with new beds which was so nice after a long drive, the kitchen area was updated and with thatbeing done, makes you feel like your right at home. The young lady working check in has PHENOMENAL customer service and so polite and friendly. The interior and exterior of the hotel was clean. It was quiet compared to my last stay. My only complaint with this property is that the carpets in the room(s) needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend slippers or socks that you don't care about because they will be black from the carpet. Overall, no other complaints, and I enjoyed my stay."

"The rooms were clean and well furnished and the staff was friendly and helpful. Helped us understand where to find the Redwoods we had come a long way to see. The computers weren't working when we first arrived and the fellow at the desk was very frustrated that he couldn't get us checked in right away. He was able to resolve the problem and soon got us settled in. The breakfast was nicely done and well stocked. We just had a very pleasant stay."
